I7 stutter(hp probook)

Hey there guys, my HP Probook 440 g2 has an i73632-qm, and I experience quite a bit of stutter while playing games( not very demanding,fortnite, rocket league), which i used to not experience before, my friend advised me that it could be my processor thermal throttling, but is it true?

Install a utility like HWMonitor and monitor the temps. Throttling starts at ~200*F.
