Hello! I'm building a new system, focused on balancing cost, gaming performance, and reliability. Here's what I'm thinking about so far:

Intel Core i7 920 system:

GIGABYTE GA-EX58-UD3R LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

OCZ 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Triple Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ3X1333LV6GK - Retail

SAPPHIRE 100259-1GL Radeon HD 4870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Retail

CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply - Retail

COOLER MASTER RC-690-KKN1-GP Black SECC/ ABS ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Retail

Using a 150 gig raptor. Might get another and try raid 0. Will also put a dvd burner in, but no other additional hardware.
Are there any fatal flaws, compatibility issues? I don't want to OC. Other advice? Thanks!

Nice rig overall, I instead of aevm recommend pioneer dvd burners or LG.

For the 4870 1gb in case you want to add a second one in future make sure you get a 750W instead should give you more room for upgrades.
