I7 system unstable

i am having problems with my i7 system it is becoming quite unstable

i had it overclocked to 3.2 ghz and the graphics o.c a bit

i overclocked the graphics card with riva tuner because everytime i tried doing it with nvidia it crashed



would it be the gtx 285 that is the problem. i dont see why it would crash just o.c a bit

What kind of temperatures are you showing for the core and the gpu? Was it working ok then became unstable? Does it boot and run for awhile before it becomes unstable? Does it only crash doing certain tasks (games, encoding, etc)?

Give as much detail as possible.

well it crashes well in ntune
it crashed well in crysis
everything is at stock now and seems to be stable
i am going to start over clocking now and see how it goes i will keep you updated
