ok got my second build finally put together (thank god) after a few hiccups but now that it's set up i'm running strees testing programs to make sure the chip is fully stable as you would do with a new chip

so
i73930k with a h100i and i'm running intel burn test very high on ten runs hottest core got to 54c voltage are 1.224 @3.5 ghz could you give me piece of mind and tell me if everything is looking great and i can get to work

and just to mention (and i know not every chips the same) but with those temps and voltages do you think maybe i could push for a 4.5-4.7 ghz overclock?

Really i thought that was quite good, but as long as it's running stable and it's cool i'll not mess with the voltages and such until it come to the time decide to overclock. thanks for your reply but you have made curious what is a usual voltage and such you would usually see with a i7 3930k at stock if you could reply that would be grat

I don't own a 3930k but I own a 3570k. The voltages probably won't be the same because every chip is different.

However, I am stable at 4.2GHz with 1.196v.
1.224v should be able to get you to about 4.4 or perhaps even higher. It's all a lottery when dealing with CPU's because they have such a wide voltage difference between them.
