The cost of DDR4 is rising constantly, so that will play a factor.

As for RAM:
Chipsets for a locked 7700 chip don't support >2400MHz speeds anyway (natively), so 2400MHz should be your aim.
The board in that "bundle" is the H110 chipset, which will restrict you to 2133MHz anyway

You don't need a "bundle" for a good deal..... individually buying those components (with a more appropriate board) is ~420GBP.
