I'm not able to get any video. The fans spin and the dram light comes on briefly and goes off. I've hooked up the speaker and I get no beeps.
I've attempted to reset ram and power connections, disconnect hard drive / dvd rom, removed the video card and use the internal video only.
Specs listed below:

EVGA 700 B1, 80+ Bronze 700W, Power Supply 100-B1-0700-K1
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120mm PWM Fan (RR-212E-20PK-R2)
Intel 7th Gen Intel Core Desktop Processor i7-7700K (BX80677I77700K)
ASUS Geforce GTX 1060 6GB Turbo Edition VR Ready Dual HDMI 2.0 DP 1.4 Auto-Extreme Graphics Card (TURBO-GTX1060-6G)
Asus 24x DVD-RW Serial-ATA Internal OEM Optical Drive DRW-24B1ST (Black)
G.SKILL 16GB (2 x 8GB) Ripjaws V Series DDR4 PC4-25600 3200MHz Intel Z170 Platform Desktop Memory F4-3200C16D-16GVRB
If the Dram light goes off does this still mean a problem with ram?
