I7950 at 3.7 G what mem settings to use?

Hi I have been tinkering for a while now and have decided OC to 3.7G running at 32c idle and 49c load is pretty good going, I am not sure how to run the memory 6G DDR3 1600 Dominator C8 do I run it at 1455 or 1725 either one seems to show up in pcmark as 1333?

I have had the system at 4G but it ran at 40c idle

idle no comment save for all , but fullload how much... ??
keep max your temp CPU Fullload below 70C

Thanks for the reply my max tem was bellow 50C at 49C my query was what speed to run my memory 1705 overclock or 1444 underclock ?
