Question I9 12900 at max frequency all the time

Hello guys
recently i`ve noticed in my MSI center that my CPU is at max frequency all the time. The usage is very low but the frequency is high (i remember it wasnt that way before)
So is there something wrong with my system or everything is OK and thats normal behavior?

You sure you didn't change power plans in Windows, or something in BIOS? Cause that's what it looks like at first glance. Do you care about the power draw, or do you like the extra responsiveness? That's the trade off here. It's boosting high and staying cool, from the look of things.
