right now in Iran i can only find 7980xe and 7920.
some advise will be good
thanks.

The 1950X did so well in a Monero mining review recently, you might consider a 2nd rig 8600K or 8700K/GTX1070 or 1080 rig for gaming at an overall savings compared to what you will spend on a 7980X....($1900 in cpu cost alone)

The 7900X has done well in gaming, but, I'm not sure a lot of gaming tests have been done on the 7980XE...but here is one set of benchmark comparisons

Perhaps *if* you can sell the 1950X CPU, and get a 1900X (8 core)? (Normally the 1900X is not a recommended purchase, but, since you already have the motherboard, the combo should perform roughly like a R7-1800X, which should alleviate your current 'too many cores/latency issues')

GOod luck

money isnt issue im a miner i will use main and cpu for mining but i want to know if i buy a 7980xe i will have problem like 1950X
in every game i had to enable game mode (8 core 16th ) because game mode give me better performance. also i want high end hardware !

The 7980xe will basically be a slightly worse i7 7700k in almost every game. If you really want to game just get a 8600k or 8700k and thats it. Most games do not use over 6 threads effectively nowadays so higher single core speed with enough cores is the way to go atm.

so with this info u give me i think for now i will keep this 1950x until later maybe new product will be more interesting because this 1950x in gaming mode better that any i7 is out there !!!
another question :
in games like PUBG with 32 core active a have a bad stutter is this problem related to CPU? or ram? ( 32gb 3000mhz )

The 7980XE is absolutely phenomenal when it comes to gaming. Don't listen to anyone who tells you X299 isn't made for gaming because it's marketed as a prosumer kind of workstation and gaming platform.

Do you really need all the cores though? What do you do with your PC?

only gaming!!! it is my Working class 😀
i see this and thinking about 7960x !
https://www.pcgamer.com/intel-core-i9-7980xe-review-an-incredibly-fast-cpu-but-gamers-dont-need-it/

7960x kill all of them but some time 7700 is better and i think this problem will solve with new games! am i right?

If you only do gaming why get a high core count cpu in the first place? A simple 8700k will just beat anything out there since it has more than enough cores for the games of today and has really high single core performance.

More cores is only better if they are actually being used to their fullest. This is why going higher than 6 cores for gaming will rarely result in better performance and once you factor in hyperthreading on the i7 8700k there is not challange what so ever.

By the time games will start using 10+cores your system will be so horribly outdated it would struggle to run those.

If you need the cores, just get the 7820X. If not, the 7700K or the 8700K will suffice.

Don't get the HCC chips if you don't need the cores. Keep in mind you could get the X299 chips performing better in games by tuning them.

I would also heavily recommend delidding.
