Hey,
Currently im running i7 6700k (oc to 4.5 ghzz) with RTX 2080 powered by EVGA 650w G2 PSU.

Im experiencing heavy stutering in Battlefield V. All other games works just fine. Obviously im cpu bound.

Im wondering if EVGA 650w G2 will be strong enough to power i9 9900k and matching motherboard with RTX 2080?

Battlefield V - Resolution a bit higher than 1440p Ultra settings aiming for capped 70fps on 144hz g sync monitor.

I prefer 70fps cap becauae i like to crank up my graphics.

Games is dropping from 70 to 60 whole the time, while im pretty sure i could keep constant 70 with my previous GTX 1070 on 1440p

Yep the EVGA G2 650w will do the job and it is a good PSU....Personally I would go 750w but bottom line the 650w will do the job.

You could also drop down to the 9700K as it will drive the RTX 2080 just as well and is only fractions away from the 9900K....though if you have the money, then go 9900K....it is about as good as it gets on the gaming front....

BFV is pretty well optimized for dx12. Try uncapping the fps, or cap it at your refresh rate. You should be getting around 100 fps at that resolution with the 6700k and 2080. Overclocking the gpu is better than oc the cpu for most games.
