I go test my i9900k 4.7GHz in prime 95(settings for prime 95 BLEND ALL OF THE ABOVE)and every time after 7min temps go 95~100c and PC restarting..
This is normal or what?
PC SPECS:

CPU: Intel i9-9900K@4.8Mhz
Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix Z390-F GAMING
Liquid Cooling: H100I Corsair RGB
Ram: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 32 GB DDR4 @3200MHz
GPU: Gigabayte RTX 2080 TI 8GB
SSD M.2: ADATA XPG Gammix 1TB PCIe
Seasonic FOCUS plus 750w gold

The i9-9900k is a beast - both performance and TDP-wise. I've got the same CPU and spent a TON of time trying to find the happy medium with my H80i v2.
The Prime95 'blend' test is probably hitting the small FFT portion of the test at around 7 mins, causing your CPU to overheat. How much voltage are you feeding it?

Edit - Does your system survive a 15min Realbench stress test?
