[SOLVED] i9 9900k stock gaming temps on a Corsair H100i V2

Just a general query, I’m running an i9 9900k at stock with a Corsair H100i V2. I’m hitting around the mid 50s on all cores in gaming loads. My question is this a good temperature range for long periods and chip longevity? If so at point would you get concerned when looking at gaming loads?

That's a great temp. Anywhere up to about 80-90 celsius is acceptable for intel.

Thank you for clarifying, I knew this CPU ran hot but wasn’t sure if that was just for stress tests or not.

Much would likely depend on what all-core clock speeds were being hit under the gaming load...

Big differences in running at just base clock (3.8 GHz), vs. standard all-core turbo (4.7 GHz), and MCE-enabled with all-cores at 5 GHz...

(With but mid-50C temps at load, I'd more likely suspect the first scenario from the above trio...)
