I9 9900k Temps On MSI Z390?

Hello, after a lot of research in peoples reviews of the i9 9900k and the temp issues some are facing im quite confused about what board I should get, Linus Tech Tips had really low temps on the board he used however other reviewers had really high temps on other Z390 boards, I read up that it has to do with the boards using the 95W TDP limit but I cant find anything that would show what boards will produce what temps.

I want to use the MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon Motherboard with the i9 9900k but im not sure if that board will result in high temps or low temps, it will also be paired with a Corsair Hydro Series H150i Pro 360mm Liquid CPU Cooler.

What about ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero? sorry for the spam xD I just dont wanna get a board and realise I have the same issues as the reviewers who hit 90c under load.

EDIT: Or would I just be better off getting a 8700k then? Money isnt an issue however so idk

The very important thing to note about Linus' test is that he manually adjusted the BIOS settings to limit the TDP to 95W. This resulted in an all-core boost of only 4.2GHz instead of the rated 4.7GHz. So essentially he partially crippled the chip's performance in order to maintain lower temps and keep TDP in check. This can be done on any Z390 board. The motherboard, in this case, was not the reason for the lower temperatures.

I'd avoid the ASUS z390 boards as they only have a 4 phase VRM.

I'm running a 9900k on an MSI MEG z390 ACE and find temps max out in the high 80s with a Corsair H110i GTX 280mm.

I think the Corsair should be fine for that CPU and motherboard.
