Hi, I've recently built my first gaming rig and I am wondering if the temps are okay.

Corsair H100i RGB PLATINUM 75 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Gigabyte Z390 AORUS MASTER ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
Samsung 970 Evo 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive
Seagate BarraCuda 120 1 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER 8 GB WINDFORCE OC Video Card

in HWmonitor it says my temps are
VALUE MIN MAX
42 40 62
While it says it's clock is 4700Mhz which I guess is 4Ghz? I currently while writing this have 6 tabs on chrome open, Spotify, Discord, Steam HWmonitor open in the background.
When I reached the 62 mark in HWmonitor I was inside of Valorant aim practicing on the highest graphics. Are these normal temps?
