Been running this for a while and the temps are so low i wanna OC to get more single core performance.
What would be a safe single core OC for this CPU?
And just out of pure curiosity what would be a safe all core OC?

Cooler: Corsair H150i PRO
Mobo: MSI X299 Tomahawk AC

Solution
4.8-4.9GHz single core should be more than doable - and you might get to 4.8GHz all core.
It's going to depend on the luck of the draw with the chip. Shoot for ~1.3V, max (+/- a couple %) and see how your temps fare.

You're probably going to see a CPU that's difficult to cool (100+'C under torture loads) before you run into excessive voltage (1.4V+), from what I've heard.
