I960 and I850 inks...

I have an I850 with plenty of formula labs ink.. Im thinking of
buying a I960. Does anyone know if the ink itsself is the same in each
printer? So perhaps all I would need is the photo colors...

thanks.. I would hate to stock up on more ink only to have it sit
around getting old like me.

The black used with the i960 is a "photo" black and is dye based. The black
used with the i850 is a pigmented black.
The other colors are the same with the addition of the photo C & M.

Ya, it's the same ink, except the 960 has a couple extra photo colors : )

great.. ill just buy a set of blanks and photo color ink for it..
