Question IA limit reasons in HWinfo 64 always shows yes, any way to fix that?

My specs is
Apex 890
285K SP 85
24*2 mdie Acer 6800

Someone helped me to OC to 8800 with 69.2 latency(he says no way to lower it anymore)
5.5 P core, 5.0 E core synchronized
3.2 NGU 3.5 D2D 4.0 min&max ring

It shows 0 errors in windows hardware Erros(whea) in HWinfo 64 while running R23. I guess that’s a success.

Then I disabled bunch of useless stuff in bios, such as Vtd, virtualization technology, Intel innovation frame work(DTT), speedstep, speedshift, tvb, Cstate, ceps. And rises temperature limit to 115, power limit to max.

However, it always shows IA limit reason as YES no matter what I do. Is there any particular reason for that? How do I fix that?
