ias on a bow question

does the ias on a bow get included into the toal amount?
Im thinkinh with M'av's set bow 40%,helm 30% and armor(both w/15ias)
Highlords(20%),
this would give me 120% IAS, leting me in therory use Strafe twice in
one second.
any help before i use my two 15ias would be appreciated

Yes all IAS% you see on all gear needs to be added together.
Skills where this is different is WW where only IAS on weapon
counts and on Wereforms where IAS% on weapon has a greater
effect than none weapon IAS%.
