7 steps to solving a problem like this (read all of then first).
1. delete it and see what happens
2. sweat a lot when it doesn't boot/work
3. swear a lot as you haven't got a back up
4. cry as you reinstall windows and can't access your data
5. approach internet forums to try and recover data
6. get told that reinstalling windows would have overwritten the majority of your data
7. realise that you should leave things that you do not understand alone
