I just saw the pics for the IB9 on the ABIT site and man what a sexy MB and this from the guys that use orange PCBs and pink BIOS (wtf ????).

Has anybody seen a review of this new board? Googling didn't help :( My main question is "is it plagued with the same overcloking problems that the AB9 had?"

I really hope that this is the board to provide us with good budget overclocking like the older Abit boards. :)

Is it actually released to retail yet?
I don't know of any reviews either.
The AB9 actually does a lot of things right for it's price level although it's not the best overclocker in the world. Theres a new version coming though the AB9 QuadGT & that hopefuly is better.

I don't really know either. I just saw it on the ABIT site. Hope it'll be a good performer and not only good looker ;)

That is just the problem. I could except a good MB with bad overclocking abilities from any other manufacturer but not ABIT, the guys who bought us softBIOS. I guess I am being unfairly critical of them but I cannot help it since I am such a big ABIT fanboy

I know the feeling as I just bought a Gigabyte DS4 rather than an AB9 Pro even though it's 20% dearer & I'm a rabid Abit fan.
The abit isn't really a bad overclocker (50% overclocks) but it can't currently compare to the best.
If you compare an S3 against an AB9 (same price) the AB9 walks all over the S3 in terms of what features it offers but at least with current BIOS' the Gigabytes overclocking blows the AB9s away
