IBM Deskstar.... bad bad bad, bad vibrations

HAve any of you deskstar owners noticed them vibrating sometimes? I have two 45 GB 7200 RPM guys mounted in my case, and sometimes while accessing they go VRRRRR not too supper loud, but its a vibration of sorts that I can hear...that cant be too good for the searching can it?
