IBM Deskstar DTLA-307045 (46GB) hard drive is making screech sound

Hello, my IBM is making strange sounds like metal screeching, not loud much but still, my pc Cant see it, not even in disc manager. The sound repeats 4 times fast then make a 1 sec. break and starting again. Whole this cycle repeats infinite times. Help please.

The hard drive is physically damaged and you will have to buy a new one. There is nothing you can do to make it work again.

This happend to me once, but next day it worked perfectly and I used it high speed, today it is not working, there might be a way to fix it, besides I'am getting a vacuum camera so I would be able to fix biger issues like clicking
