IBM laptop wireless not working

I have an IBM T41 (2373-1FU). I recently formatted the HD and reinstalled Windows XP. After doing this the wireless has not worked (rj45 connection does). I had to reinstall a number of the drivers but apparently didn't find the right one for the wireless nic?? Besides throwing out the laptop, any ideas?

After downloading it, you must go into C>Drivers>Win>Wlanint and run the setup file from there.
