Cross talk
Signal noise get worse with lower VCC
Tunneling effect
Leaking gate to channel
leaking channel to SI

Others issue

Large increase in pin count.
Rambus is dead leaving the market with much cheaper ram.
A resistance to move to serial bus.
The overall heat dissipation in the case increase.
GPU largely getting more hungry in power resource.
