Okay here is how its going down, We are using a IBM blade server x3550 that has a few issues. The problem is the lack of a keyboard driver makes it impossible to access the bios or configure the raid. The OS can be installed using windows server 2008 R2 (where the keyboard works because of its own drivers) however due to the miss configured raid windows cannot find the hard drive. In an attempt to fix the driver we booted Hiren's Boot CD, but with the lack of a keyboard driver we were unable to use it. While using the primary backup bios (moving pin on motherboard) we still received an error stating that no bios was installed.(also in debug mode nothing changed). RAID has a built in utility that can be accessed on start up, but not without a keyboard driver.

We need something to boot off a disk, use its own drivers, and can reconfigure/re-install the keyboard driver
We have been unable to access the bios (which is apparently uninstalled)
We have been unable to install an OS (because of a miss configured raid)

BIOS can't be fixed because of no OS
OS can't be fixed because of RAID
RAID can't be fixed because of Keyboard
Keyboard can't be fixed because of no BIOS

-Update 1-
After an attempt to force it to reconfigure itself by removing CMOS battery caused an additional problem, The server has to tells us about this issue by stopping the booting in the setup, because we don't have a working keyboard we cannot enter continue, so now we can no longer boot from a disk

BIOS can't be fixed because of no OS

DISK can't be fixed because of CMOS

-Update 2-
Keyboard problem solved, the solution was one of two things (because we failed to use the scientific process and did both of these). First we changed to a different keyboard, an old apple keyboard, and second you must use the USB port at the back of the server closest to the Ethernet connection(s). We accessed the BIOS and CMOS is not an issues (in fact it made it easier to get to the BIOS)as well as DISK (We can now boot off a disk). However after using the the RAID configuring utility it did not solve the issue, so we plan on using third party software to re install RAID firmware. Also we believe nothing is wrong with the bios, but the RAID bios is corrupted.
