IBM Thinkpad z60m

Hi, I have a IBM thinkpad z60m. I just bought a power supply and it would not turn on. I tried changing the RAM, the CPU, Hard drive, battery ETC. After about 1 minute it will give out a longer beep and two short. I need help

One long and two short beeps, and a blank or unreadable LCD.
