Ibuypower computer won't start after installing new ram

Bought new ram for my. IBuyPower gaming pc and installed it, it will not turn on now even with my old ram. I have taken out the little battery for 10 min to 24 hours to see if that works. Still no changes and every time I try and restart it I get a new error code. What did I do wrong or is this their way to make money by having systems only they can touch. The system is only 2 months old.

Yes I am aware this information is important unfortunately it's my fiances computer. I will get all the specs when I get home from work
