Worth is something only YOU can determine.
The parts look ok, but you have not stated the cost.
Add up the cost of individual parts to see how much you are being charged for assembly.

FWIW, I would not buy without a SSD of at least 240gb for windows.

Well if your just using this a gaming machine (not doing video editing etc) then you could step down to an i5 and the psu is over kill for a 1060 if cheaper look for a 500-550 PSU configuration.
