[SOLVED] ibuypower prebuilt not working

Hello, I recently purchased an ibuypower pre-built for $1249 which just arrived today. After I tried to set it up with my monitor which I used on my old computer, it gave me the error dvi no signal. I tried checking all the components and nothing seems to be wrong. I also tried taking my ram sticks out and reinstalling them but now they're no longer rgb and the previous DVI issue is still occurring.
