I didnt really see anywhere else on the forum for a help section. So I hope this is an okay place to post this. So to start out never ever ever do business with Ibuypower. I should have known by the corny name but just save yourself and dont do business with them. Anyways the computer I bought from them just randomly shuts down. So we figured it was a bad PSU. They ship me a new PSU. Get it hooked up. And it still shuts down randomly! I dont know if this company is just that incompetent or its a different issue. The pc is not overheating. All the fans are below 40 C and under 60 C gaming. Im beyond the point of returning this pc so how in the world do I figure out the issue.

Some Specs here

Intel core I7
Nvidia Geforce RTX 2060
600w psu (they lied and said it was gonna be a 750w)

This is the main issue with these companies and why I rarely reccomend any gaming prebuilts.

They just go with the cheapest supplier and will cut costs in areas people don't always see, like PSU quality.

Sometimes also cheap out on cooling capacity, slow single channel ram, or no name storage drives. Things that can cause issues.

Buy a quality PSU. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/PV...d-semi-modular-atx-power-supply-cp-9020132-na

is it just that 600w isnt enough? Im very new to PC gaming hence why I went with the convenience of a prebuilt pc. Regretting it now though. Anyways, you think its just a faulty psu or not enough watts? The graphics card is pretty beefy as far as I know? Like I said im new to all of this so anything you can teach me is appreciated.

"600w" is not the key factor.
There are good 600 watt devices, and other 600 watt devices that I wouldn't use as a door stop.

The low cost prebuilt systems are usually filled with second rate parts. But the ad looks great.
"600W!"
"Solid State Drive!"
"16GB RAM!"

They don't tell you the actual make/model. What you get are whatever they can source the cheapest.
