IC Diamond upgrade or Copper Heatsink upgrade?

Thermal paste upgrade or heatsink upgrade?which is better? which gives better temperature cooldown and much degree gets down?

It depends on your temps but i think you should go with thermal paste but if that doesnt go well just get a new heatsink
