IC7-G Max 2 or IC7-Max 3??? for OC??

Well, I just sold my P4C800 D to a friend for $145, can't complain about the board except for OC, which i madly enjoy with a passion!!!! I'm going for Abit this time because of thier unbeatable stock oc performance, but which one should I go for??? What is the difference?? I have enough money for either board. thanks in advance.

Go for the IC7-Max3. The Max 2 is just the IC7-G. It was an earlier version(or name) of that mobo.
