ice pack cooling pc? condensation?

I have built a tiny pc in a minibox case which has no space for additonal fans except the heatsink fan on the cpu. The pc can get hot. I came to the idea that if i use ice packs i could cool it better. But i worry about condensation, would that be an issue using ice/gel packs? Which ice packs would be best to use and methods? can i wrap it around some parts of the pc?

Even if the ice pack/gel pack is watertight, the difference in temperature is going to cause condensation in the air around it, which will lead to water in your PC, which is always a bad thing. This is a bad idea.
