If you can't understand French, try babelfish or something. In short, apparently 5-12% (depending upon the source) of ICH5 equiped boards would be affected by some problem that causes it to overheat or short out after some weeks of operation. All motherboard manufacturers seem affected, so its not likely a MB design issue.
