Question ichill 980 ti problems

so i have a 980ti this one to be exact https://hexus.net/tech/reviews/graphics/87410-inno3d-ichill-geforce-gtx-980-ti-black/ and unless i decrease the memory clock by 90 ill get crashing every 20 minutes but from the memory clock decrease crashing is less frequent. Idk much about these problems but people suggested its the psu but ive changed to a tx650m gold and problem is still there. Temps never go over 72c.

This is the sign of a bad card. Keep it underclocked till it's fully dead then replace it.
