Question iCloud for Windows deleted my calendar ?

I have Outlook on a Windows PC and I wanted to sync my calendar to my iPhone, so installed iCloud, told it to sync my 7600 Uutlook calendar items and that was the last I saw of them...... They're gone from Outlook on my PC and they're not in iCloud either.

I've googled and this issue seems to have hit other people at various times over many years
I don't see my calendar in deleted items.
The calendar was stored in a PST file.

I think they're gone but any ideas on where my calendar could possibly be??

Have you looked in documents/outlook folder for the pst file?

What version of Outlook?

outlook 365

they were gone, but luckily I had a pst backup from a while ago that had all my reoccuring appointments so still annoying but could have been worse

Good that you had backups.

One isssue may be the time span before automatic deletions/archiving.

Look for those settings and increase the time span as appropriate or use "never".

E.g.:

Just something to check.
