icon apperars in aok2 zone game,cant enter the room

hello, i have troubles getting in the zone of aek2, an icons appears and says
close ur browser and try again or take support contackt which i have done but
it wont help, also underneath says downloading the latest version and this
fails, i am in trouble abt 2 months, why is this happening?

There's a specific newsgroup you can use for MSN Gaming Zone.

The Zone newsgroup is listed on the left side of this "Community
Newsgroups" windows under " PC Games" > "Game Zone"
