Hello.
Having this problem: When I select a shortcut to a program that used to work, Vista now opens up an "Open With" window and asks the user to determine which program is to be used.
If I point to the same shortcut, right click and choose "run as administrator", the icon opens properly.
Is there a way to restore the defaults of all icons on the operating system?
