Icon that moves?

Is it possible to put an icon that moves on your desktop just for fun?

its funny that 99% of the results on Google are to stop icons doing the exact thing you want them to do. All you need is two desktops and it seems windows happily move them around randomly.

Its like you want anti focus, it repels the cursor rather than attracting it,

Wonder why we can't have animated icons on desktops yet. I might even use them for a few days...
