Icons and Windows look blurred and pixelated?

I opened my computer today to start editing videos and I noticed everything looks different. My fonts look somewhat pixelated, the windows look oddly squared and sharper, photo icons don't load their thumbnails and other numerous things look different. I don't know what could have caused this. I am not in tablet mode, all software has been updated. Everything just looks somewhat retro and unclean compared to what it looked like. Any solutions?

My video resolution is already at recommended to this screen view, resolution is not the issue here.
