Yesterday I had no issue, today I started my PC and most of the icons, symbols & logos are missing.
Here are some examples: Imgur: The magic of the Internet , Imgur: The magic of the Internet , Imgur: The magic of the Internet
I am an experienced PC user, I don't use any suspicious addon and I know that my PC doesn't have any virus since I always download the necessary stuff from their official websites.
Running the latest Windows 11 version, fully updated.
AMD 5700X CPU
MSI GTX 1060 GPU
MSI B550-A PRO MOTHERBOARD

Well, it is solved, this is what I did:
I restarted my PC multiple times however it never worked. Same for shuting it down regularly, this also didn't work. A few days ago I started to turn my PC off with pressing the puwer button located on my PC case, instead of turning it off via Windows itself. I don't know if that triggered the issue or not, but better to mention. I manage to solve the issue by clicking the "Shut down" button in Windows 11, but with also pressing left Shift button on my keyboard. Left Shift + clicking Shut down button was the solution for my issue. I'm not sure if the issue will come back or not, but it looks fine for now.

that is a full shutdown. So essentially, restarting the PC fixed it.

it should be the same thing as a restart on win 11. Odd it made a difference.

You should turn this off if you have an ssd/nvme - https://www.tomsguide.com/how-to/how-to-fully-shut-down-windows-pc
If I get the last part right, you wanted me to turn off "Turn on fast startup" option. Yes, I have 1 TB Samsung 970 Evo Plus so I turned this option off.
I have one more question about shutting down PC. Is there any difference between shutting your PC down by using Windows 11 Shut down button and the physical button located on your PC case? I believe both the physical and the virtual button has the same feature and if I always use my PC case button, my PC will not be affected negatively, right? Are they all the same 100%, I don't force my PC to shut down without completing and saving the necessary tasks with clicking once to the case button?

Fast startup was for hdd, it made them appear faster at boot, but it gives no benefit to ssd or nvme that are fast enough to not notice any difference.

they are the same thing

Only difference is if you hold the power button down too long on case it does a full shutdown. This has no effect in your case but say you had the power button set to hibernate PC instead, it would shutdown instead if you held button too long instead of a tap.

Okay then, I will continue to shut down my PC using PC case button.
