icons on task bar are moving after last win 10 update

So i choose to display my desktop icons on the task bar. The top is what is open the bottom is all my desktop icons. I have always done this with no issues.

Windows 10 was fine then that major update came out and everytime i restart all i see is the name desktop in the right hand corner with arrows pointing up. if i click on the arrows i see my desktop icons.
So i unlock my task bar. move my desktop icons to the left and remove the name DESKTOP i relock the task bar BUT when i restarts im back to square 1 BOOOOOOO please help!

Have you tried reverting to a previous version of your OS using system restore?

Have the exact same problem for a month.
Running Dual Monitor Setup and after my last Windows 10 Update, whenever monitors sleep or shut downs and wakes up from sleep.
The Icons are reearanged to their default positions on the Main Screen and Taskbar is back to defualt position on Main Screen.
MS really need to fix this BS it's so annoying, only solution to roll back and don't update the last updates.
