Icon's pic goes blank

Hello, sometimes the icon's pic from the desktop goes white as shown in that pic.
I then delete that icon and then drag and drop that app from the start menu but after sometime it goes white again.

I am using Win 10 x64 (Legit) and also Kaspersky Antivirus (Legit) . I scanned the system many times and not a single detection were found.

So why is this thing happening ? Any idea on how to fix?

What app is it? It could be a manual file association fix or something else. What happens if instead of dragging the icon to the desktop, you right click and select "Send To" --> "Desktop (create shortcut)"?

That is the Xbox app in the pic. And there is no option to send it to desktop from the start menu. The only I found was drag and drop.

If you could find where that's linked in File Explorer, you may be able to navigate to it there and create a desktop shortcut that way. If I drag and drop the XBox app from my Start Button to my Desktop, it stays there. Not sure why yours does not.
