Question Icons showing boxes instead of "+" or tick icons

Hello,
I Recently fresh installed windows 10 v1903 in my laptop
I installed all my fonts (did not replace pre-existing fonts)
After a while, I noticed some of the icons showing blank boxes instead of what there was supposed to be (like Check marks, + icons etc.)

Please help me to fix this problem.

Hello

Can you please check and confirm if the issue is only with CorelDRAW or with all other apps? I can see that the + sign to Add a new document is visible.

Also, can you please confirm if the program had any issues during installation?

Thank you for your response.

1. So far, I have only observed this while installing programs; where I have to check or uncheck certain options during installation and In coreldraw.
2. There was no error encountered while installing CorelDraw.
3. About that + sign with new document : I think that sign is part of the "Add New Doc" icon and not a separate Icon that may or may not use windows font.
