Icons withing folders

Hello, i am using windows 8. And i started used to fancy icons you can use, if you search folder icons on google. But i have a problem. When i click to make the icons bigger, in the corner. They get bigger, and when i then exit and come back they are small, is there any way to fix this?

I just found the answer, you have to optimize the folder to vidoes in the properties
