Question iCue cannot detect my Corsair K70 RGB TKL gaming keyboard?

Hello!

I buy a new keyboard Corsair K70 RGB TKL gaming. But when I download the iCUE software it can't find the keyboard? The keyboard works but the iCUE software does not find it on devices?

Anyone know how to fix it?

You may have to try and reset it. I think I had that same issue a long time ago. You may have to update the firmware as well.
