Question ICX7450-48P BEOCADE SWITCH Software or image needed??

Hello to anyone seeing this, I have a Brocade ICX7450-48P switch, and it needs an updated software or a new image for the operating system. If anyone has any information on how I can get the software or image and how to install it on the switch, I would really appreciate it, thanks.

We have connected the switch to a PC to the serial interface, a DB9M-to-USB adaptor as instructed by Brocade, and using putty. The only thing that I see is a blank box, no info , it appears that there is no primary or secondary image on the device.
