I have taken 2 H/D's from an Icy Box Raid 1 external Storage unit, faulty psu, and fitted them to an Identical new Icy Box unit. It is not read by my system, Window 10, and it seems that I need to initialise the unit. I don't want to lose all my data. Can I use some application software to accomplish this? I have downloaded DMDE but I am not sure how to do this. I kept all of my driver software and other applications on this UNIT.
Please help.

As is the data on both drive's should be identical so you should be able to access either one on a donor system(not an external RAID enclosure) and backup any and/or all data. In retrospect, if the enclosure is the same, why not just replace the PSU?

Thanks to all for suggestions.
I cannot replace the PSU as it is an integral part of the Icy Box; built in. It should not have damaged the drives as the Icy Box was still working fine BUT I noticed the external plug, male, had melted to the Icy Box internal connection, female, so I bought the new Icy Box for convenience and speed; that hasn't worked out.
When I have some more time I will repair the internal PSU; haven't soldered for a few years now so we will see how that works out.
I will try connecting directly to my PC bus. I will report my findings.
Thanks again.

Thanks to all for their suggestions. Fitting the drive to my PC allowed me to copy al the DATA. I then used an old copy of EasyUs Partition master, which found and installed all necessary DATA to another drive. The Icy Box DATA was intact but access seemed really slow. I am now going to format the Icy Box and then copy the DATA back onto the RAID 1.
Thanks again guys.
