ID 41 Kernel Power

Hello evryone this couple of days i did run into a problem wich makes me kinda mad on my computer.Recently i did buy new gpu R7 250 2gb DDR3 OC and from then the problem started i am assuming its my power supply but i am here to ask you guy's about this problem and if u could help me.
It freezes too i forgot to mention it .+

My Specs:
CPU:Athlon II x4 640
GPU:R7 250 2gb ddr3 OC https://www.asus.com/rs/Graphics-Cards/R7250OC2GD3/ (This one )
Motherboard: ASUSTeK Computer INC. M4A785TD-M EVO (AM3)

If you need any of the informations pleas tell me i dont know if its power supply or my gpu is kinda screwed how ever thank you for reading this article and i hope i will get as soon as possible answers.
