I'd like to u/g Win7 pro pc 32bit to 64 bit ; on a new SSD, Mobo & CPU. What's the best sequence ? Thanks

Multiple component & upgrade to 64 bit from 32 bit

There is no upgrade from Windows 7 32bit to 64bit. You will have to do a clean install. Since you have a new motherboard, you should do a clean install anyway.

the question is Sequence Only. Reread NEW SSD please.

No real sequence then since it is a new board, cpu and hard drive.

Just put install and wire everything to the board. install your ssd and install windows.
The only thing you need to do outside of the normal is to make sure Bios is set to AHCI in sata type.
Without AHCI you cant run TRIM which does drive maintenance to keep it running good

Read it twice. You still use the term UPGRADE from 32bit to 64bit. There is no upgrade... It is a new install.
